Acacia honey

Acacia honey is a pale yellow colour, virtually transparent, with a gentle flavour, and positively acts to calm and soothe. It is an excellent addition to teas made of chamomile, Melissa or St. John’s wort.

Sage honey

Sage honey is a yellowish-brown honey with an aromatic flavour. It acts to soothe a dry cough and cold, and helps to expectorate mucous from the oesophagus and bronchi.

Chestnut honey

Chestnut honey is a bitter tasting honey with exceptional medicinal properties. It soothes gastritis, ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, and eases troubles with the liver and gallbladder. Improves blood circulation and protects the peripheral blood vessels.

Lavender honey

Lavender honey is light yellow in colour, with a strong smell and sharp flavour. Soothes digestive troubles and has an overall calming effect.

Heather honey

Heather honey is a dark yellow honey with an aromatic flavour. It has a positive effect on kidney inflammation and urinary tract infections. It is an excellent addition to teas made of birch, chamomile and rosehip.

Linden honey

Linden honey is golden-yellow in colour with a spicy flavour. It acts both as an antiseptic and to calm, and stimulates sweating and is thus recommended for colds and the flu.

Polyflora (mixed) honey

Polyflora (mixed) honey can vary in colour (from light to dark), and has a pleasant flavour and a wide spectrum of activity. It is particularly recommended for persons with heart disease and those with low blood pressure.

Rosemary honey

Rosemary honey is light yellow in colour with a pronounced flavour, and has a high content of ethereal oils and exceptional medicinal properties.

Forest honey

Forest honey is dark in colour with a pleasant flavour, and is exceptionally rich in minerals. This honey is not made from nectar, but instead from the sap from evergreen and deciduous leaves that bees collect and enrich. Helps to remedy anaemia and overall exhaustion. Suitable for pregnant women.
